💼 What You’ll Do:

As our ERP Analyst, you’ll be at the center of strategic digital transformation efforts. You'll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions while working alongside stakeholders from Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional ERP solutions.
• Coordinate across departments to align ERP functionality with business processes.
• Support system configuration, testing, and user acceptance to ensure seamless deployment.
• Lead data migration strategies, maintain data integrity, and champion automation.
• Facilitate user training, adoption, and continuous improvement post-implementation.

🎯 What You Bring:

• 5–7 years of ERP implementation experience and 10+ years in IT system delivery .
• Expertise in business analysis , process improvement , and cross-functional collaboration .
• Proven success with ERP systems like SAP , NetSuite , or GlobalShop .
• Experience in data migration, testing, UAT, and change management.
• Industry experience in manufacturing, retail, or supply chain is a strong plus.
• Bonus points for project management certifications or experience!
