We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our 138-room property, ensuring top-tier guest experiences, team leadership, and financial success.

Role Description

This full-time role is for a General Manager at Comfort Suites Milwaukee Airport, part of Wisco Hotel Group. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure high standards of guest services, manage staff, handle budgets, and maintain financial performance. This on-site role is located in Milwaukee, WI.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel management and operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue management
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage
• Recruit, train, and manage hotel staff; foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure exceptional guest service by addressing concerns and maintaining high guest satisfaction scores.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure profitability.
• Maintain brand standards and uphold Comfort Suites’ and the Wisco Hotel Group's values in all operations.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper maintenance.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive occupancy, RevPAR, and overall revenue.
• Build strong community relationships and maintain good standing with Choice Hotels corporate.
• Conduct sales meetings and department head meetings regularly
