It is an integral part of the community and the sole hospital provider in Okeechobee County. A unique, small community hospital with state-of-the-art practices, in a down-to-earth community. It was recognized as a Top Performer by the Joint Commission on Key Quality Measures, and was named among the top 5% in the nation for patient safety for six years in a row through Healthgrades.
