Job Title: Electrical Superintendent

Location: Hallam Nebraska

Pay Range: $30-34/ hr. on W2 + Weekly Perm Diem

Job Type: Contract (12+ months)

Shift: M-F (8am – 5pm)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all electrical scope related to battery storage system installation, high-voltage substation work, and T-line connections.
• Coordinate daily work activities with electrical subcontractors and vendors.
• Review and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and one-lines.
• Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with NEC, NESC, and applicable codes.
• Support testing, commissioning, and energization efforts.
• Ensure materials and tools are available to meet the construction schedule.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent on utility-scale or renewable energy projects.
• Extensive experience with battery systems, medium/high-voltage equipment, substations, or transmission line construction.
• Understanding of grounding systems, SCADA, and protection systems is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate with utilities and third-party inspectors.
• OSHA 30 Certification and NFPA 70E knowledge preferred.
