LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization, and they are seeking a motivated EDI Order Processing Specialist to join their team. You will be responsible for supporting major big box retailers with their customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer orders via EDI, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Set up and test EDI connections for new clients using third-party providers.
• Export and process orders through ERP systems.
• Verify product costs, shipping terms, and order details.
• Coordinate with overseas factories on production timelines.
• Handle import and domestic documentation (BOLs, FCRs, Master Manifests).
• Generate invoices through EDI and ERP platforms.
• Ensure compliance with retailer-specific shipping requirements.
• Maintain detailed records and tracking for hundreds of annual orders.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in EDI and order processing, especially with big box retailers (such as Home Depot, Walmart, Menards, Lowes, etc.).
• Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Highly organized and comfortable working with data and logistics documentation.
• Familiarity with import/export processes and shipping compliance.

Compensation Range: $70,000-$85,000
