Job Description

A prominent healthcare company in Deerfield is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join their growing team. The Marketing Specialist will lead the digital marketing efforts and external commercial communications. You will work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, cross-functional teams and external partners to create high impact and creative communications and campaigns for targeted customers to grow our business and brand.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategy
• Develop, execute and partner with key partners on the development and execution of communications around key events
• Lead social media strategy and execution in support of digital media strategy
• Understand the current and ideal pathways on how best to reach customers and stakeholders
• Collect, analyze and report on key marketing metrics to help identify Go-to-Market enhancements to optimize impact

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT or related field; or equivalent experience
• 5+ more years of experience in marketing preferably in healthcare or services
• Proven success with digital marketing efforts and or external communications
• Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently
• Experience of digital platforms and channels (e.g. Website, Pardot/Mediafly, Salesforce, Hootsuite, Microsoft Office, Creative platforms like Canva, etc.)
• Multiple examples of proven success with digital marketing efforts and or external communication campaigns
• Experience with campaign targeting, execution and reporting
