Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Solutions Architect with deep expertise in the online gaming, betting, and casino industry. This role is pivotal in understanding customer needs, leading technical solution design, and ensuring the successful adoption of gameLM™. The ideal candidate will have extensive domain knowledge in payments, fraud, regulation, and the competitive landscape—especially within the U.S. market. They will also be skilled in pre-sales engagements, Proof-of-Concept (PoC) leadership, and thought leadership in the industry. Additionally, this role requires expertise in understanding business and technical requirements, designing scalable architectures, and ensuring compliance and security best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Solutions & PoC Leadership

• Lead Proof-of-Concept (PoC) initiatives, working closely with customers to validate technical feasibility and demonstrate business value.
• Own the end-to-end solution design process, ensuring seamless integration with customer ecosystems.
• Guide customers on best practices for leveraging AI and automation to enhance player engagement.
• Understand customer business and technical requirements to ensure solutions align with operational goals and long-term scalability.

2. Pre-Sales Support & Customer Engagement

• Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Success teams to provide technical expertise during pre-sales discussions.
• Conduct technical demonstrations, discovery sessions, and solution workshops for prospective clients.
• Address customer objections by presenting data-driven insights and real-world case studies.

3. Product Strategy & Voice of the Customer (VoC)

• Act as a liaison between customers and the product team, ensuring customer feedback informs the roadmap.
• Translate customer needs into actionable product enhancements, ensuring alignment with market trends.
• Work closely with engineering teams to optimize system scalability, security, and performance.

4. Scalable Architecture & Compliance

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance architectures that support customer growth and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including responsible gaming, data privacy, and security best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to establish security protocols and risk mitigation strategies.

5. Industry Thought Leadership & Advocacy

• Represent Conduet at industry events, conferences, and webinars as a spokesperson and expert.
• Contribute to whitepapers, blogs, and research reports on the intersection of AI and iGaming.
• Engage with industry forums, podcasts, and roundtables to showcase expertise and build brand credibility.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Industry Expertise: Extensive experience in the online gaming, betting, and casino industry, with a deep understanding of player behavior and business challenges.
• Technical & Solution Design Skills: Strong background in designing and integrating SaaS solutions, with expertise in AI-driven platforms.
• Domain Knowledge: In-depth expertise in payments, fraud prevention, regulatory frameworks, and compliance (especially in the U.S. market).
• Pre-Sales & PoC Leadership: Experience in running PoCs, product demonstrations, and technical sales support.
• Scalable Architecture & Security: Proven ability to design secure, scalable architectures that meet compliance standards.
• Analytical Proficiency: Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze trends and extract actionable insights.
• Communication & Thought Leadership: Excellent public speaking, presentation, and written communication skills.
