Position Overview:

We are seeking a Controls Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team in Randleman, NC. This role is essential in designing, developing, and implementing control systems that improve operational efficiency and reliability. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in controls engineering, strong problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and program control systems for a range of industrial and manufacturing applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate controls into existing and new system frameworks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation, instrumentation, and control systems.
• Perform system testing, validation, and performance optimization.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for control strategies, logic diagrams, and system configurations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ years of relevant experience
• PLC/HMI programming skills (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens)
• Knowledge of industrial automation and instrumentation
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field (preferred)
