Position Details: Title: Controller Worksite: Onsite, five days a week Schedule: Flexible start times in/out Compensation: Up to $130,000 Systems Used: QuickBooks Daily Responsibilities: Banking: Positive pay verification and report posting Enter ACH deposits into QuickBooks for appropriate entities Receivables: Apply checks and ACH payments to correct customer accounts Generate “Item Profit Detail” reports for CFO and team Vendor Management (Palmdale Oil): Match invoices with delivery tickets Process bi-weekly payments in QuickBooks Customer Billing: Enter completed pay applications in QuickBooks Update relevant Smartsheets for PayApps and Job Schedules Weekly Responsibilities: Bank Transfers: Determine funding needs Initiate and communicate transfer approvals to CFO WEX Fuel Reporting: Enter and pay invoices Generate weekly odometer report by fuel purchase Payroll Taxes: Process and post payroll tax payments Generate payroll summary
