JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Contracts Coordinator with clinical development experience to join our dynamic pharmaceutical team. This role will support our contracts and procurement team by managing contracts, amendments, and purchase orders (POs), and providing administrative support across multiple functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, particularly in clinical development, and a strong understanding of contract management processes. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance, optimizing workflow, and maintaining seamless communication within our teams. This position offers flexibility with a combination of in-office and remote work.
