Construction Manager (CM) - OSP Fiber Build Leader

Location: Saginaw, MI

Compensation: $90,000 – $105,000 annually

The Role: Command Large-Scale FTTH Projects

Are you a proven Outside Plant (OSP) Construction Manager ready to lead complex, large-scale Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) buildouts in Saginaw, MI ?

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven CM to take direct ownership of construction operations for projects ranging from 30,000 to over 150,000 homes passed . This leadership role demands expert oversight of project budgets, schedules, and a large contingent of field personnel and subcontractor crews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Oversight: Provide direct oversight of all Outside Plant (OSP) construction activities, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Team & Crew Management: Effectively manage and mentor all field supervisors.
• Subcontractor Leadership: Indirectly oversee the productivity and performance of 15–25+ subcontractor crews .
• Project Delivery: Take ownership of large-scale FTTH projects (30K–150K+ homes passed) from initiation to completion.
• Financial Control: Maintain rigorous control over project budgets and timelines to ensure successful delivery.

What You Bring (Essential Experience):

• Proven Title/Experience: Current or recent experience specifically as an Outside Plant Construction Manager .
• FTTH Expertise: Deep, verifiable experience in Fiber-to-the-Home build execution.
• Large Scope Management: Demonstrated history of managing large projects (minimum 20K–50K homes passed scope).
• Leadership Track Record: Proven ability to manage at least 3–5 direct field supervisors and oversee 15–25+ subcontractor crews.
• Clear Progression: Evidence of clear career progression in the construction field (e.g., Lineman → Supervisor → CM).
