Required Experience & Expertise
•PhD, or equivalent in neuroscience, neuroengineering, or related life sciences field
•10+ years of management experience in the life science tools and platform industry or pharma
•Proven track record of advancing neuroscience platforms or models with translational impact
•Deep expertise in CNS and PNS disorders
•Experience with brain organoids, neural interfacing, or computational neurobiology preferred
•Strong understanding of pharma R&D workflows and translational challenges
