Job Summary

Identify, plan, and execute initiatives that facilitate the delivery of strategic objectives, create operating efficiency, ensures process sustainability, optimize our platforms, and enhance our ways of working and serving our clients.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning, implementation, and execution of development projects, managing local development team, ensuring they align with organizational goals and deliver successful outcomes.
  • Identify and implement digital tools, overseeing solution development, and ensuring successful adoption by users. A hands-on manager responsible for implementing, configuring, and managing digital tools (including Docusign) within an organization.
  • Engage with, and work closely with various stakeholders within the organization, providing them with any necessary support and guidance.
  • Liaise with the head office to make sure all local decisions & developments are in line and validated by the global organization rules.
  • Help others understand how a given initiative will affect the organization and its clients, as well as business processes, and technology. Help them to align around the initiative's vision, strategy, goals, and objectives by means of effective communication, negotiation, and facilitation.
  • Proactively work with others within the organization to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency. Responsible for understanding business needs and translating them into technical requirements.
  • Conceptualize ideas and problems into cohesive, and practical solutions, always keeping the user experience top of mind.
  • Facilitate the execution of the strategic vision of the organization by driving forward transformation initiatives (business & digital) across the region.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT and digital projects
  • Excellent planning capabilities.
  • Able to think creatively, but also pragmatically.
  • Able to organize, and effectively deploy resources to achieve objectives.
  • Able to prioritize and manage the delivery of multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Able to collaborate across a variety of teams, build sustainable relationships, and the capability to interact within all levels of the organization.
  • Able to focus on outcomes, identify potential problems, risks, and roadblocks, and drive resolution of complex critical issues.
