• Ability to speak and understand English, both verbal and written (Required)
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
• Must pass a Level 2 background check and MVR (Required)
• 5 years of commercial building maintenance experience (Required)
• 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of buildings, plumbing, electrical, and/or mechanical equipment (Required)
• 3 years of skill in using tools and equipment for maintenance and repair work (Required)
• 3 years of ability to perform a variety of skilled trades functions (Required)
• 3 years of ability to install, maintain, and repair electric motors, generators, and other mechanical equipment (Required)
• Ability to take accurate measurements (Required)
• Ability to climb to install/repair equipment (Required)
• Ability to bend and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds (Required)
