• Shift Timings: M-F 7AM-7PM CST/ 8AM-6PM CST
• Onsite role
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Your primary role will be to act as a liaison between Client owners, prospective owners, dealerships, area offices and headquarters by supporting our national contact center via answering incoming phone calls on a daily basis.
• You will receive five weeks of comprehensive training on client vehicles, policies, products and services, communications, problem solving and negotiation, and customer satisfaction.
• Your primary role will be to act as a liaison between client owners, prospective owners, dealerships, area offices and headquarters.
• You will be expected to evaluate customer inquiries/concerns, (i.e. financial assistance, dealer sales, service or product related concerns), and determine the appropriate action to positively impact owner satisfaction and retention.
