Position Overview

We’re seeking a part-time Performance Coach who is passionate about movement, community, and personal growth. This role is ideal for someone excited to contribute to the Paramount culture—both on and off the floor—through exceptional coaching, relationship-building, and creative collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

-Coaching & Programming

• Lead semi-private and group training sessions
• Create and implement customized training programs for clients
• Communicate and collaborate with physical therapy staff to support client care
• Maintain facility cleanliness and professionalism

-Client Engagement & Community Building

• Build and maintain client relationships
• Actively grow and manage your client schedule
• Support client retention efforts and referral initiatives
• Participate in community networking and Paramount-hosted events
• Help gather client reviews and testimonials

-Administrative Support

• Assist with scheduling and front desk duties as needed
• Answer phones and support clinic operations
• Uphold a clean and welcoming environment

-Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs multiple times per day
• Demonstrate and assist with exercises
• Stand and remain active throughout training sessions
• Lift and move weights and equipment in the gym
• Cue, assist, and spot clients manually

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field
• NSCA-CSCS certification (preferred) or actively pursuing (required within 1 year of hire)
• CPR certification

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
