Job Title: Project Manager

Salary: Up to $140,000 + Benefits
We are a well-established commercial general contractor delivering high-quality, ground-up construction projects across the commercial sector. With a strong pipeline of work in retail, industrial, and healthcare, the business is known for taking on complex, high-value developments and delivering them to a consistently high standard.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the team in Dallas. This role will suit someone from a solid commercial construction background who is comfortable owning projects end-to-end and managing multiple stakeholders.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing 1-2 ground-up commercial projects at a time, typically valued at $10m+, with $30m projects being the core focus. You will oversee the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to final handover.
