Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain and monitor visual standards for retail stores
• Daily communication with the Management Team on department-related needs
• Responsible for inventory control and shrink reduction
• Execution and communication of marketing initiatives to attract new business and satisfy existing business
• Demonstrate the ability to achieve store sales and Key Performance Indicators
• Assist management with overall store operations, including opening and closing the store and assisting other departments when needed

Identify merchandise issues and opportunities based on selling and customer feedback
