Job Description

Overview:

• This position entails: new store and fixture set up/tenant fit-out, and renovations

& repairs to existing stores.

Job Requirements:

• Must be 18 years’ old
• Trade background
• Able to read blue prints
• Working knowledge and use of power tools.
• Physically ability to perform required tasks: heavy lifting is required for this

position. Ability to lift and carry in excess of 50lbs.

• Work week is Monday through Friday. 40 hours a week.
• Travel, including overnight travel, throughout New England and New York. All

travel expenses paid for by Town Fair Tire.

• Must have valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to maintenance hub

in East Haven, CT.

Training provided on the job.
