Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Welder with 10+ years of experience to join our team in Springfield, MA. This role requires expertise in welding, fabrication, blueprint reading, and working with a variety of metals in a fast-paced industrial or manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality welding using MIG, TIG, and Stick processes
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols
• Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal components and structures
• Ensure welds meet quality, safety, and structural standards
• Inspect finished welds for accuracy, strength, and defects
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in proper working condition
• Follow OSHA safety standards and company procedures
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production deadlines

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional welding experience
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
• Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience welding carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
• Excellent attention to detail and workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

Preferred Qualifications

• Welding certifications (AWS or equivalent)
• Experience in industrial, structural, or manufacturing environments
• Forklift or overhead crane experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in industrial settings
