Role Description

This is a full-time/Seasonal on-site role based in Bismarck, ND, for a Utilities Foreman. The Utilities Foreman will oversee daily field operations, manage and supervise construction teams, ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently, and maintain compliance with project specifications and timelines. Key responsibilities include operating and managing heavy equipment, coordinating carpentry and maintenance tasks, and ensuring effective communication between team members and leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills, including team management, task allocation, and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Proficiency in operating and managing Heavy Equipment, such as excavators and loaders, used in civil construction projects.
• Knowledge and experience in Carpentry and Maintenance to support on-site project requirements.
• Effective Communication skills to interact with team members, leadership, and clients while maintaining clear and professional correspondence.
• Prior experience in utilities, civil construction, or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Bismarck, ND, and meet physical demands of the role.
