Job Description

Robert Half’s enterprise client is seeking a passionate UX Designer who excels at crafting intuitive, user-centered designs across mobile and desktop platforms. This will be a 6-month contract with a high likelihood of extending and possibility of converting to full-time employment. You’ll simplify complex workflows, advocate for customer needs, and deliver elegant solutions that align with our broader product ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct usability studies and gather customer insights
• Design streamlined experiences for both customer-facing and internal systems
• Translate complex user flows into simple, effective designs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical feasibility and business alignment
• Champion user needs throughout the design process

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of UX or interaction design experience
• Proven success delivering large-scale, end-to-end UX design solutions
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered designs across platforms
• Experience working with stakeholders on strategic initiatives
• Strong Visual Design ability

Bonus Skills:

• User research and journey mapping
• Designing for retail or complex technical products
• Familiarity with usability principles and agile environments
• Experience maintaining design systems and UX standards
• Experience with internal tools and B2B
