Location : Remote (PST Hours)

Pay: $45-55 / hour

Insight Global is seeking experienced UI Path Developers with strong backgrounds in test automation to support a large-scale project in the utilities sector. In this role, you will build and maintain automation scripts to test applications from key energy vendors, including Power Cost Inc. (PCI), MCG Energy, Power Settlements, and Open Access Technology International (OATI). You will also be responsible for integrating automation results into Azure DevOps (ADO) for full traceability. This project involves close collaboration alongside SMEs and Business Analysts to ensure proper coverage and functionality.

Must Haves

• Hands-on experience building test automation scripts in UI Path Studio, with a strong understanding of either RPA or test automation frameworks.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) for test case management, execution, and integrating automation results.
• Utilities industry background, specifically within energy markets.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience automating vendor applications such as PCI, MCG, Power Settlements, or OATI.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) for each vendor application to gather requirements and direction for automation efforts
• Partner closely with Business Analysts to understand the workflows and functionality that need to be automated
• Build and enhance test automation scripts — some scripts will be newly created, others will need to be modified or enhanced, and some will be part of active User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Integrate and report test results within Azure DevOps (ADO), ensuring full traceability and test coverage across systems
