Job Description

At INVOKE, we specialize in driving digital transformation through Intelligent Automation. Our global teams collaborate seamlessly to deliver innovative, scalable, and impactful automation solutions. We’re now looking for a UiPath Architect with deep expertise in Document Understanding to lead high-value automation initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in UiPath Document Understanding, guiding solution design and implementation.
  • Architect and deliver end-to-end Intelligent Automation solutions using UiPath, with a strong focus on unstructured data processing.
  • Lead client workshops and design sessions to capture business requirements and translate them into automation strategies.
  • Build and optimize reusable automation frameworks, components, and exception handling mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define solution roadmaps.
  • Mentor developers and consultants on UiPath best practices, especially around Document Understanding, AI Center, and ML models.
  • Evaluate change requests and provide effort estimates and technical recommendations.
  • Support pre-sales and proposal development with technical insights and solution design.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in automation and software development, with 4+ years in UiPath.
  • Proven expertise in UiPath Document Understanding, including OCR engines, taxonomy design, and ML extractor training.
  • Hands-on experience with UiPath AI Center, Action Center, and Orchestrator.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, C#, or VB.NET.
  • Familiarity with processing PDFs, scanned documents, invoices, forms, and other unstructured data types.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior team members.
  • Customer-centric mindset and collaborative approach.

Note: Must be willing to travel approximately 25% of the time.
