Job Description

Summary:

• The Training Coordinator supports the Learning and Development team by managing training documentation, coordinating New Hire Orientation, and maintaining the C2C Learning Management System and training resources. This role also assists with special projects such as LMS cleanup and training material development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update training records in the LMS.
• Maintain compliant training documentation and retention systems.
• Collaborate with training staff and leadership to ensure accurate training content.
• Support audit readiness and compliance reporting.
• Lead New Hire Orientation in partnership with HR.
• Provide training metrics and help reduce overdue training.
• Support training needs across all shifts as needed.
• Maintain the training SharePoint site and shared mailbox.
• Assist with special projects and provide backup admin support.
• Follow all applicable policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
