Job Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Health & Safety / Compliance (CTPAT, TAPA, ISO):

• Maintain and update training records.
• Ensure new hires receive proper station/customer-specific training.
• Track training sessions and archive meeting minutes.
• Maintain station-level SOP’s and ensure annual reviews.
• Support written SOP’s for new processes/customers.
• Maintain program documentation in Teams (H&S, CTPAT, TAPA).
• Coordinate with property owner (Prologis) for required inspections.
• Perform daily CCTV audit report uploads.
• Schedule and lead monthly Safety Committee meetings and ensure any changes are communicated to staff.

Administrative Support:

• Handle visitor check-in and escort duties.
• Manage onboarding of new vendors (COI, W2, SOW).
• Issue Permits to Work for maintenance tasks.
• Maintain office calendar and order supplies.
• Coordinate document disposal/shredding.
• Liaise with cleaning crew (e.g., carpet and window cleaning scheduling).

Additional Support Tasks:

• Maintain OS&D log and communication.
• Provide backup support for warehouse billing.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree ideal, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Transportation or logistics related-knowledge a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in transportation, Logistics.
• Strong written, verbal, and inter-personal skills.
• Advanced technical/computer skills (Microsoft Office Products).
• Strong work ethic with a professional, positive attitude.
• Ability/desire to work independently or in team environment.
• Capability to prioritize workload and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Sense of urgency, creativity and a flexible approach to running the business.
• An innovative, goal-oriented and results driven approach.
