About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Talent Agent to join our Digital Department, focused on representing content creators and podcasters across all major social media platforms. In this role, you will oversee a roster of digital talent, secure brand partnerships, and help creators grow their presence and personal brands. You will also play an active role in sourcing and signing new talent—from emerging voices to established influencers. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of the creator economy while working within a collaborative, high-energy team environment.

Responsibilities
• Scout and sign new content creators and podcasters.
• Represent and manage digital creators across a variety of content verticals, including lifestyle, fashion, podcasts, family, beauty, tech, gaming, fitness, wellness, comedy, food, and DIY.
• Source, negotiate, and manage brand partnerships and other digital opportunities for talent.
• Stay on top of industry trends, platform developments, and the evolving creator landscape.
• Proactively build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, and platforms.
• Collaborate with other departments to maximize cross-platform opportunities for clients.
• Work with internal legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless deal execution and payment.

Qualifications
• 3–5+ years of experience in talent representation, influencer marketing, or digital media (preferably at an agency).
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, X/Twitter, and podcasts).
• Experience with social media analytics and influencer performance tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong emotional intelligence and professional demeanor.
• A solutions-oriented mindset; comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
