System Engineer – Full-Time, Direct Hire (W2 Only)
Location: Onsite in Zip Code 10038 (Mon–Thu) / Work from home Fridays
Salary Range: $145K–$160K + Quarterly Bonuses

Job Description
We are seeking a System Engineer for a full-time, direct-hire role supporting enterprise infrastructure within a hybrid environment— onsite Monday through Thursday in 10038, with remote work on Fridays . This position requires a strong technical foundation across storage systems, virtualization, server technologies, and identity/access security. The engineer will work hands-on with Cisco UCSx blade systems, VMware, Azure Conditional Access, and various supporting technologies to ensure a secure, stable, and high-performing environment.
You will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining infrastructure platforms, troubleshooting complex issues, supporting upgrades and patching cycles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates bring strong problem-solving skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to operate in a mission-critical environment.
