Position Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven  Supply Chain Analyst to join our operations team. This person will play a key role in ensuring our pickles get from the farm to the fridge as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible. You’ll work across departments to forecast demand, manage inventory, analyze logistics performance, and optimize supply chain processes to support continued growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze inventory levels and sales trends to forecast demand and minimize stockouts or overages
• Collaborate with operations teams to improve supplier performance and reduce lead times
• Monitor and report on key supply chain KPIs, including on-time delivery, transportation costs, and inventory turnover
• Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the supply chain and propose actionable solutions
• Maintain and enhance supply chain models, dashboards, and data reports using Excel, ERP systems, and business intelligence tools
• Work with 3PL partners to track shipments, resolve logistics issues, and optimize freight costs
• Support the implementation of process improvements, system upgrades, or sustainability initiatives within the supply chain
• Communicate clearly across departments (Sales, Finance, Operations) to ensure alignment and timely delivery of products
• Optimize inventory strategies to support seasonal fluctuations and new product launches

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, or operations preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Familiarity with ERP systems and demand planning software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A passion for process improvement and continuous learning
• Food & beverage or CPG industry experience is a plus
