We are looking for an exceptional, collaborative Social Media Manager with at least 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to each platform and audience.
Create, curate, and publish compelling, on-brand content that drives engagement.
Actively monitor and respond to comments and messages to foster community growth.
Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to keep our strategy relevant and fresh.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, sales) to align messaging and amplify campaigns.
Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to guide content optimization and strategic improvements.
Support hybrid work operations by contributing both remotely and in-office as needed.
3–5 years of proven experience managing social media for B2B and/or tech companies.
Exceptional English communication skills—both written and verbal.
A creative storyteller with a vibrant, outgoing personality.
Strong time management and organizational skills; able to work independently.
Proficient with social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, Buffer) and content scheduling platforms.
Comfortable in a flexible, hybrid work environment.
