Job Title: Senior Maintenance Technician

Location: Addison, IL

Industry: Manufacturing / Industrial

Shift: 5:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday - ( 2+hrs of Overtime DAILY / No Weekends )

Pay: $37.00hr - $43.00hr + Quarterly / Annual Bonuses + Overtime = ($100k+)

Growing manufacturing client in Addison, IL is seeking a Senior-Level Maintenance Technician to join their team. This is a direct-hire opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and brings deep expertise in industrial equipment maintenance and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery and production equipment
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues, including 3-phase systems (480V)
• Perform PLC diagnostics and troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.)
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Install, modify, and upgrade equipment and systems as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation of work orders and repair logs
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong PLC troubleshooting and electrical repair experience
• Solid understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and PLC ladder logic
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a maintenance team
• Flexibility to work overtime or weekends if needed
