Job Description

We’re seeking a strategic Senior Corporate Analyst to join our team and support Supply Chain and Operations through high-impact analysis and decision-making. This role collaborates closely with senior leadership, Operations, and Regional Sales teams to analyze cost drivers, performance metrics, promotions, and overall profitability. You’ll lead operational cost forecasting, reporting, and planning, acting as a key contact for corporate planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build robust financial models to support the Annual Operating Plan and quarterly forecasts.
• Partner with Division and Corporate Leadership on target setting and contingency planning.
• Lead full-cycle cost and business initiative analysis, delivering insights that inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and distribute regular and ad hoc reports on performance vs. goals.
• Manage key close activities: accruals, deferrals, and reconciliations.
• Identify and drive opportunities to modernize and transform systems and processes across the supply chain.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant analytical experience; 5+ years in FP&A preferred.
• Strong background in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP; IFRS knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with SAP, CPM, sales reporting, or data visualization tools is a strong advantage.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in a matrix environment and managing complexity.
• Willing to work flexible hours as needed and travel occasionally (valid driver’s license required).
