This role provides direct administrative support to multiple leaders within the organization. Responsibilities include managing and prioritizing ongoing matters to ensure smooth office operations, daily communication with the Vice President on key issues, coordinating with internal departments for timely resolution of needs, active calendar management, organizing meetings, handling document and file management, committee and vendor support, managing business expenses and travel arrangements, and assisting with additional tasks as needed.
