Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Analytical/Problem Solver
Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines and a self-starter
Strong communication skills- verbally and written
High attention to detail and excellent follow through
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environment
Computer proficiency; Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook), PLM (Product Life Management) system
Great Fashion sense and aware of newest fashion trends
Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Apparel Industry

Responsibilities

As the Sample Coordinator, your job is facilitating the processing, tracking, organization, and shipment of all samples across multiple categories
Sample gatekeeper, manage inventory and organization of samples, packing/unpacking, archiving dated samples
Manage internal tracking system for real time status of samples, from order to delivery across Departments and through final archiving
Follow up on any missing samples via email with domestic / overseas suppliers
Constant communication with our domestic / overseas suppliers to ensure on time delivery of samples
Pull and package samples for photoshoots as needed, influencer moments, and PR needs
Organize in house sample racks and showroom closet
