Overview

We’re hiring a Sales Manager who leads with integrity, thrives on challenge, and brings a positive, all-in attitude to their team. This is a strategic role for a motivated leader who knows that strong people, clear systems, and consistent accountability drive real results.

Roughly 30% of the role will be in the field—shadowing reps, leading Power Hours, and supporting scope accuracy. The other 70% will focus on developing the sales plan, analyzing performance, coaching the team, and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize lead flow and conversion.

This is more than a management role. It's an opportunity to shape the direction of a high-performing sales team while building the foundation for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily team huddles and weekly EOS-style sales meetings
  • Train and coach reps through field work, 1-on-1s, and pipeline reviews
  • Own weekly KPIs and scorecard tracking
  • Enforce CRM discipline and sales tool usage (JobNimbus, RoofSnap, CompanyCam)
  • Coordinate with marketing, production, and service to improve close rates and scope accuracy
  • Guide onboarding of new hires and promote cross-team alignment

Candidate Profile
  • 5+ years in sales leadership (construction, roofing, or trades preferred)
  • Proven ability to coach, hold teams accountable, and lead through structure
  • Skilled in CRM systems and pipeline management
  • Excellent communicator with a problem-solving mindset
  • Invested in building team culture, trust, and long-term growth
