Sales Executive (3+ Years, Healthcare Optional)

🚀 Sales Executive - Healthcare RCM | Georgetown, TX

📍 Location Requirement: Austin/Georgetown, TX area only

🇺🇸 Eligibility: US Citizens or Green Card holders only

Scintillate RCM Healthcare  is launching our Georgetown office and looking for  battle-tested B2B sales professionals  ready to dominate a new market.

What you'll do:

• Hunt and close RCM deals with medical practices, ASCs, and hospital systems
• Sign 6-7 new clients in Year 1
• Use our proven C.H.A.M.P.S. sales methodology to close deals in 60-90 days
• Build your career with equity potential and direct path to VP/leadership

What you bring:

• 3+ years B2B sales with consistent quota attainment (ideally 4x OTE)
• Track record of closing complex deals ($50K-$200K ACV)
• Hunter mentality — you create opportunities, not wait for them
• Self-starter DNA — you own your territory and results
• Healthcare/RCM experience is a strong plus but not required
• If you've sold SaaS, services, or solutions into regulated industries, you'll succeed here

What we offer:

• Target OTE: $120K-$132K (Year 1)
• Commission on annual contract value with accelerators
• Top performers: $160K-$190K+
• Equity discussions for top performers after Year 1
