GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a results-driven Revenue Operations Analyst to support and enhance our go-to-market operations. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day management and optimization of Salesforce, streamlining sales processes, improving data quality, generating sales performance reports, and building dashboards that empower leadership with actionable insights. This individual will play a key role in driving operational efficiency and enabling sales, marketing, and customer success teams to perform at their highest potential.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and maintain Salesforce (Sales Cloud) with a focus on data accuracy, process automation, and user support
• Partner with sales leadership to design and refine sales processes and workflows
• Create, analyze, and distribute sales performance reports, forecasts, and dashboards
• Build data visualizations and tools to track KPIs across revenue teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems and data support revenue growth strategies
• Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements
• Support CRM user training, adoption, and documentation
• Ensure clean data management practices and compliance with data governance policies

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This position will require lifting, twisting, standing, bending, sitting or crouching at least 90% of the time. Frequent use of a phone and keyboard will be repetitive. The employee will be required to travel from time to time and must be willing to work various shifts to accommodate the needs of company events. The employee must be able to lift and carry items up to 20 pounds.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The nature of this position will require the employee to work in various elements (Inside, Outside, Sitting, Standing, etc. and in various temperatures)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related role
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud), including building reports and dashboards
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data cleaning)
• Solid understanding of sales processes and CRM data structures
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Salesforce Administrator certification (or other relevant Salesforce certifications)
• Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
• Familiarity with sales enablement, marketing automation, or customer success tools (e.g., HubSpot, Outreach, Gainsight, etc.)
• Experience with workflow automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Workato)
• Background in high-growth SaaS or technology companies
• Experience supporting cross-functional revenue teams (sales, marketing, customer success)
• Working knowledge of revenue performance metrics and forecasting models
