Job Summary

Michael Aram is a luxury Home & Fine Jewelry brand, with flagships stores in New York, Los Angeles, and Miami. We are seeking both Full Time Sales Associates with a competitive drive & an entrepreneurial spirit. The store is located in Westfield Topanga Shopping Mall.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Maintain a high level of visual merchandising & housekeeping standards
• Protect store assets & Inventory

Requirements:

• 2 years luxury retail sales experience
• Proven track record exceeding sales targets
• Exceptional customer service abilities
• Proven independent judgement and initiative while working within the established policy and procedural guidelines
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite & Outlook
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule which includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift safely up to 25 lbs.

Compensation: 

The hourly rate for the full time Sales Associate position is $20 to $22 per hour, depending on experience. In addition, sales associates earn commission on a percentage of each individual sale, offering strong earning potential based on performance.
