Are you a dependable self-starter who enjoys being on the move, creating standout product displays, and making sure premium brands shine on the shelf?

BVRG is seeking a Retail Merchandising Specialist (Contract) to support our Nestlé Premium Waters division, representing iconic brands like S. Pellegrino, Acqua Panna, Perrier, and Essentia. This 3-month contract role is focused on supporting our partner grocery accounts by ensuring our products are fully stocked, properly displayed, and aligned with ongoing promotional activity. You’ll work independently in the field, visiting multiple store locations daily to ensure brand excellence is achieved and maintained.

What You Will Do:

• Visit 3–5 retail grocery accounts per day (minimum of 12 per week) to ensure product is on shelf, rotated, and looking its best.
• Bring product from the backroom to the shelf and build or maintain displays, including end caps and promotional features.
• Ensure all promotions (e.g., BOGO) are visible and properly executed in-store.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with store managers and key personnel.
• Communicate inventory gaps, display issues, and competitor insights to internal teams.
• Uphold brand standards and merchandising excellence across all locations.
• Track mileage and store visit details daily.

What You Bring:

• Prior experience in retail, merchandising, or a similar field role.
• Must be in a commutable area to Dallas Metro and know the Dallas territory well.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, self-starting mindset.
• Ability to build strong relationships with store staff and managers.
• Comfortable working independently and managing a daily route.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to lift, move, and stock product as needed (25 pounds +).
• Available to start in May and commit to the full 3-month contract.
