Residential Roofing Sales & Project Manager

Our client is looking for an engaging Player-Coach to establish and lead their residential retail exterior renovation home sales team in Rochester, MN. They are prepared to invest in you, your team, and this market to support their expansion into the region. Relocation support will be offered to candidates outside the area.

Our client is looking for someone who loves the mix of getting out in front of homeowners, knocking on doors, building partnerships with local businesses, and closing deals confidently, while mentoring and coaching others to individual success. This organization is an established business who is expanding to Rochester to meet the areas rising demand. The leadership team is headquartered in the Twin Cities metro and ready to invest in the success of the area.

You’ll excel if you have:

  • 2 or more years in residential exterior sales (roofing sales, siding sales, gutters sales, garage door sales, hardscaping sales, window sales) with a track record of prioritizing providing a customer-centric experience that leaves customers seeing you as a trusted advisor through their exterior renovation process
  • Comfort with canvassing, cold-calling, and mobile sales tools
  • A self-starter attitude and strong local networking skills and a desire to establish and build a team
  • It would be a huge plus if you've ever launched a new market
