The Job:

As a fully remote  Inbound Security Sales Associate , you’ll be:

• Answering incoming calls from existing customers
• Presenting products and services based on the customers’ needs
• Handling objections by explaining how the services and products will benefit them
• This position is 100% inbound, existing customers only - no cold calling!

You’d Be a Great Fit If You Have :

• Sales experience, a minimum of 6 months perferred
• Experience in a call center environment
• Experience with upselling products 
• A hunger to earn a higher income in a bonus sales environment
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to multi-task using a wide range of software applications and programs

Important Details: 

• Fully Remote Position – Must reside in and be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must have open availability to work the below hours of operation
  • Training: Monday – Friday 10 am – 5:30 pm EST (2 weeks)​
  • Nesting: Monday – Friday 10 am – 5:30 pm EST (2-3 weeks)​
  • Production:
    • Monday – Friday: Open from 9:00 am – 10:00 pm EST
    • Saturday & Sunday: Open from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST
• Immediate start dates   
• Must have a personal Windows computer running an up-to-date operating system that you can use for work. It must be able to connect directly to a modem with an Ethernet cable, minimum 8 GB available RAM, minimum internet speeds of 30 download and 10 upload
