MSA Hospice of the Lowcountry , a proud member of the Medical Services of America family is currently seeking an experienced Full-Time Registered Nurse Clinical Manager in Charleston, SC.
Responsibilities include:
· Approves requests for services, re-certifications, add-on orders and changes.
· Overseas the scheduling of all patient services.
· Receives and approves patients re certifications and/or discharges.
· Audits physician's modified orders for accuracy, legibility and content prior to forwarding to physician's office for signature.
· Reviews and signs all lab reports. Notifies physician of any clinical facts as the relate to the patient's condition
· Conducts in-home supervisory visits.
Job Requirements:
· Current RN license in the state of SC from an accredited school of nursing required
· Must have proper knowledge of Hospice regulations and Reimbursement
· Minimum of one-year Hospice experience required
· Minimum of two years nursing experience
