Bilingual Recruiter

Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite)

Type: Direct Hire

Salary: $55,000

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

Benefits: This position is eligible for M/D/V and a 401K.

About the Role

We are seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts and help the organization attract top talent across multiple departments. This person will help build strong candidate pipelines, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and execute effective sourcing strategies.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, skilled in UKG, and comfortable managing recruitment in a fast-paced environment. This is an onsite role reporting to the HR Director, who leads with structure, collaboration, and a focus on results.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

• Develop, execute, and refine recruiting plans
• Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and timelines
• Create and maintain job descriptions
• Lead the full-cycle recruiting process for all open positions
• Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates
• Efficiently fill open positions and track progress

Sourcing & Networking

• Source both active and passive candidates through various platforms
• Network through industry contacts, associations, and community partners
• Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives
• Utilize social media and online channels for sourcing
• Post job openings across appropriate platforms

Administrative & Operational

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records
• Manage applicant data within UKG and ensure compliance
• Prepare recruiting reports as needed
• Support improvements to the careers page and recruiting materials
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards

Required Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish
• Three or more years of recruiting experience (manufacturing experience is a plus)
• Proficiency in UKG (prefered)
• Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office applications
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
