This role focuses on key areas including HACCP, Pathogen Monitoring, Foreign Body Prevention, Integrated Pest Management, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Sanitation. As part of a culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement, you'll be empowered to challenge the status quo and champion a strong food safety culture across the organization.
+ Lead transformative initiatives in food safety while building collaborative cross functional relationships.
+ Develop food safety competencies through training and coaching of quality professionals.
+ Support continuous improvement with a focus on zero defects and waste.
+ Author and maintain quality policies, procedures, and standards.
+ Participate in factory quality audits.
+ Analyze and provide insights from Food Safety QA data to support factory performance.
**Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree in a related field with 1+ years' experience in food safety, quality, or a related area.
OR
+ Associate degree in a related field with 2+ years' experience in food safety, quality, or a related area.
OR
+ High School Diploma/GED equivalent with 5+ years' experience in food safety, quality, or a related area.
The approximate pay range for this position is $52,000 - $96,000 per year. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
