• We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Owner to lead our customer’s business transformation through a ServiceNow implementation. The ideal candidate will bring deep understanding of ServiceNow modules such as CSM, ITSM, or CRM, and will play a key role in aligning business objectives with technology outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Define and prioritize product features, user stories, and backlog items to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
• Drive business process transformation leveraging ServiceNow capabilities.
• Monitor progress, provide clear direction, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to maintain delivery momentum.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, ideally in ServiceNow implementations.
• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow modules such as CSM, ITSM, or CRM.
• Strong background in business process optimization and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Reston once or twice a week.
• Must be a local candidate; this is a contract-to-hire (convertible) position.
