Are you a Product Manager with experience launching physical products? Whether you’ve worked in watches, appliances, or industrial goods—if you’ve led pricing, messaging, and go-to-market strategy, we want to hear from you.

This role oversees the full product lifecycle for commercial construction materials (panels, insulation, etc.). But construction experience isn’t required—what matters is hands-on product commercialization experience.

🕘 Schedule: Mon–Fri 8–5 (on-site for 6 months, then WFH Fridays at manager’s discretion)

📍 Location: Lewisville, TX

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Lead the roadmap, strategy, and launch of physical/durable products.
• Develop pricing strategies, value props, business cases, and go-to-market plans.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to define growth opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across pricing, engineering, marketing, and operations.
• Support sales teams with tools, messaging, and subject matter expertise.
• Travel up to 30% for customer visits, site tours, and industry events.

✅ What You Bring:

• 3 - 7 years as a Product Manager for physical goods or manufactured products.
• Experience launching products—not just maintaining them.
• Skilled in pricing strategy, messaging, and business case creation.
• Comfortable aligning internal teams and stakeholders around product strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.

🎯 Bonus Points:

• Exposure to construction or building materials is helpful but not required.
• Experience in B2B environments, industrial sales, or product marketing a plus.
• Familiarity with insulation, panel systems, or related products a plus.
