Their Private Investment Funds practice is expanding and seeking an associate with at least 3 years of experience managing substantial components of fund formation transactions. You’ll work alongside industry leaders across private equity, real estate, and tech, advising on fund structuring, private placements, and regulatory compliance under the ’33, ’40, and Advisers Acts.
