Outside Sales Representative

Southwest region: Southern California, Arizona, New Mexico, and Southern Nevada (Las Vegas).

To succeed, you should have:

  • Minimum of 5 years successful outside sales experience in roofing or building products, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Solid expertise in managing contractor relationships and distributor networks within the roofing industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
  • Ability to travel to the home office on occasion.

Your responsibilities as the Outside Sales Representative will include:

  • Actively manage and grow sales across the assigned territory by building relationships with roofing contractors, distributors, and manufacturing partners.
  • Spend 90% of time in the field making in-person sales calls, conducting job site visits, and leading contractor training sessions.
  • Create demand at the contractor level to maximize sales opportunities and support pull-through with distribution partners.
  • Develop and execute a territory action plan, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and consistently achieve or exceed revenue goals.
  • Keep CRM data current, provide timely customer support, participate in sales meetings, and represent FlashCo at industry events and trade shows.
