Job Summary: We are looking for a Service Setup Technician to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a strong service technician background. The day-to-day duties include performing work on specific repair orders and building units to factory code.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Manager providing an estimate of time needed for builds and setup.
• Executing builds to manufacturer specifications
• Prepare to get additional certification as needed.
• Willingness to learn with hands-on training.
• Help keep repair shop clean and organized.
• Keep a professional appearance

Qualifications

• Specific Certifications are ideal
• Strong automotive or motorsports background
• Strong work history
• Knowledge of engines and transmissions
• Must have valid driver's license
• Willing to submit to a drug screen (THC is not tested for pre-employment)
