EPIC Project

Project Overview

• Initial Role: Fax indexing in EPIC.
• Please note that as the project evolves, responsibilities within EPIC/Inbasket may change.
• Preferred Resource Types: Medical Assistants (preferred) and Customer Support Specialists
• Duration: 13 weeks, with the possibility of extension
• Location: Troy, MI 48083
• Work Arrangement: Resources will start onsite. If they have their own equipment and demonstrate consistent productivity and accuracy over time, they may be eligible to work remotely.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Interviews: Phone

Required Skills:

• Epic experience
• Experience with medical documents (able to recognize type of document)
• MA preferred but we are open to some Front Desk type people who have medical office experience already
• BLS – Certificate.
• MA – Certificate is a plus.
